Check-in time is from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM;
Check-out time is 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- A valid 3-in-1 vaccination card (original and copy) is required. According to government regulations, the vaccination card must be valid during the stay. If the vaccination has expired, please take your cat to the veterinarian for a vaccination before checking in.
- Forestlife Cat Hotel provides dry food for free, but it is recommended to bring your cat's usual food to avoid introducing new food, which may cause discomfort or sensitivity during the adjustment to a new environment.
- You may bring a small bag of cat litter; Forestlife Cat Hotel will mix it with brand-new tofu cat litter.
- You may bring toys, bedding, or clothing with familiar scents from home.
- Proof in the form of a photo or video is required to show that the cat has been treated for fleas with a neck drop within the month before check-in. Alternatively, flea treatment can be purchased on-site for $100 per cat.
- Please bring L-Lysine supplements or buy at Forestlife Cat Hotel, as they help improve your cat's immunity when adjusting to a new environment.
*If a cat has contagious skin diseases, fleas, or chronic illnesses (including but not limited to seizures or heart disease) that require long-term specialized care, we will not provide boarding services.
